Compressing distinct folders into one archive

Hello,
Is it possible to compress, say, one folder from one drive, and the second from the other into one archive?
I tried to use SevenZipCompressor.CompressFiles() method with a common root C:\ and D:\. Works great when compressing only one portion of files, but calling CompressFiles() method again on the same file stream seems does not update files. Specifying the file stream position to 0 overwrites already compressed files with the second portion. Strangely, the stream position after the first portion was located at offset 32.
Maybe it's possible to use common root as a drive letter, if the folders have no actual common root?
